He rendered his dedicated service to the noble profession of protecting the mother Sri Lanka during the period from 1974 to 2016. He has completed his higher academic studies from University of Colombo and obtained MSc in Management degree from Kothalawala Defense University. After completing his primary and secondary education from Nalanda College – Colombo, had joined the Sri Lanka Military Academy to complete Basic Military Combat Training. Administration positions in the commercial sector over 18 years since retirement from service. He is a professional
in People Management, persuasive psychology, Counselling, change management, as well as in the field of Training
and Development of employees. He is qualified as an HR Auditor, Competency Mapper, Paratrooper / Rigger and had
